Trip Grader (difficulties chart)


Our tours are physically active, with varying levels of demands and fitness requirements depending on the specific itinerary. We strongly urge you read and understand the trip grader information prior to trip booking. We have listed here with different numbers of mountains, showing levels of demands and fitness requirements. We rated the trip level according to the length of days, terrain, altitudes and weather conditions. As in all outdoor activities, individual abilities and experiences and equipment should be taken into account.

Rating Description
Leisurely, able to walk without assistance and carry your own bag and climb hotel steps at an attitude up to 1400m (4,480 ft.) Activities are optional.
▲▲ Occasional periods of walking or hiking on uneven terrain for 30 minutes to 2 hours a day at altitudes up to 2500 meters (8,000 ft.) Most meets the fitness levels.
▲▲▲ Occasional period of periods walking or hiking on uneven terrain for 30 minutes to 2 hours a day at an high altitude up to 5200 meters (16,640 ft.) Average level of fitness.
▲▲▲▲ Moderate challenging periods walking or hiking on uneven terrain for 4-6 hours a day, (8-12 days straight), at high altitude up to 4700m (15,416 ft.) Good level of fitness.
▲▲▲▲▲ Challenging periods walking or hiking on uneven terrain for 4-6 hours a day, (8-12 days straight), at high altitude up to 5700m (18,690 ft.) High level of fitness.
